Premium coastal property in New Zealand attracts a global buyer pool, but reaching that audience requires more than listing platforms. Future Isles needed a digital-first acquisition strategy that could generate qualified international interest and convert it into site visits and offers.
International property investment into New Zealand remained strong despite regulatory complexity. The buyer profile skewed toward high-net-worth individuals seeking lifestyle assets. Antimony designed a campaign and funnel system optimised for this audience across Meta, landing pages and CRM nurture.


Antimony built an integrated system of Meta campaigns, dedicated landing pages, CRM management and nurture automations. Every element was engineered to move international buyers from awareness through to qualified enquiry, warming them before the sales team engaged.
The campaign system used high-end video and photography to create a compelling online journey. A/B testing across creative, copy and audiences refined the funnel continuously. Lead capture connected directly into CRM for automated nurture sequences.
